I hope you are doing well!
On the International Book Day, I am very happy to share that my HBR book has just been released in Spanish “Manual para la Direccion de Proyectos“; I hope it becomes a valuable reference in all Spanish-speaking countries for anyone that wants to learn how to lead projects successfully.
As part of this launch, we are initially organizing two events:
May 3rd, 19.30, El Corte Ingles Callao, Madrid
June 8th, 19.00, La Casa del Libro, Paseo de Gracia, Barcelona
I will be joined by experts from the business, politics, and social world to talk about great projects. No need to book in advance. If you are around, it would be great to see you in one of these celebrations.
Last week, Ricardo Vargas and I did our second webinar on “How AI Will Transform Project Management,” promoted by the Project Management Institute, with more than 2.000 participants; unfortunately, many people could not attend the high interest in the session.
On May 14th, you are all invited to our next webinar on this topic that rapidly disrupts how we manage projects. We will focus on applications and practical tools already available in the areas we discussed in our Harvard Business Review article. In this session, we aim to share valuable tips and insights on maximizing your results with tools already available on the market.

We will share the recording with everyone who signs up.
On the same note, we are thrilled to announce our new AI-Driven Project Management Masterclass, a transformative and unique event showcasing AI innovations applied to our work as project managers. The event will be split into two 4-hour interactive sessions featuring group studies and hands-on exercises to elevate your expertise.
